If you are trying to find the best methods of obtaining and retaining customers for your business, then this course will give you a foundation to work from. The topics covered include "What is Marketing?", "Marketing on a shoe string" and many more. This is the first in a series of workshops, designed to help small businesses understand the concept of sales and marketing. This course is an introduction to sales and marketing with interaction between enrollee's. It is fun and lively, bringing out ideas from all attendees.
The workshop take place on Tuesday 16th November 2010, 5:00pm till 7:00pm, and will be held at Redcar Station Business Centre, Station Road, Redcar, TS10 1RD.
